By booking a Human Design reading or using any services provided by My Human Design Coach ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
My Human Design Coach provides a comprehensive Human Design reading package that includes:
- Comprehensive Human Design Report - A detailed PDF breakdown of your unique design, including your Type, Strategy, Authority and more.
- Hyper-Personalised Podcast Deep Dive - A custom audio experience created specifically about your design with tangible strategies and actionable insights.
- Lifetime AI Companion - Your personal AI guide trained on your Human Design, available 24/7 to answer questions and deepen your understanding.
After payment, you will be directed to complete an intake form with your birth details and current life context. Your answers are saved automatically, and you can return to complete it anytime. A link to the form is also sent to your email.

3. Booking and Payment
- Full payment of $249 AUD is required at the time of checkout.
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.
- Multiple payment options are available, including card, Afterpay, Klarna, and other buy-now-pay-later services.
4. Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee. The 14-day guarantee window begins once you have received your complete package (Report, Podcast, and AI Companion access). If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days and we will provide a full refund.
5. Intake Form and Refunds
- After payment, you will be directed to complete an intake form with your birth details and current life context information.
- Your intake form answers are saved automatically and you can return to complete it at any time within 7 days.
- A link to the intake form is also sent to your email for your reference.
- Once you have submitted your intake form, your complete package (Report, Podcast, and AI Companion) will be delivered within 3 days.
- Refunds under the Money Back Guarantee are available within 14 days of receiving your complete package.
6. Session Requirements
To receive an accurate Human Design reading, you must provide:
- Your exact date of birth
- Your exact time of birth (as accurate as possible)
- Your place of birth
Inaccurate birth information may affect the accuracy of your reading. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect birth data.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided, including PDF reports, recordings, and AI-generated content, are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share these materials without written permission.
8. Confidentiality
Everything shared during your reading is confidential. We will not share your personal information or session details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
9. Disclaimer
Human Design readings are a tool for self-discovery and personal growth. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on your reading.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Human Design Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
