1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a Human Design reading or using any services provided by My Human Design Coach ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

My Human Design Coach provides:

• 1-hour live Human Design reading sessions via video call
• Session recordings for personal review
• Personalized PDF reports with your Human Design chart
• Podcast deep dive episodes discussing your design
• Access to a Companion AI trained on your Human Design

Our services are for educational and personal development purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

3. Booking and Payment

• Full payment of $369 AUD is required at the time of booking.
• Donation-based sessions are available for those who cannot afford the full price. Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.

4. Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee. The 14-day guarantee window begins once you have received your full live reading and all accompanying resources (PDF report, recording, podcast deep dive, and Companion AI access). If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of receiving your complete package and we will provide a full refund.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellation

• If you need to reschedule your live session, please contact us by email at peter@myhumandesign.coach or call +61 480 642 468.
• As your investment covers both the live session and the full resource package, we are unable to offer a refund for rescheduling or cancellation of the live session alone.
• The 100% Money Back Guarantee still applies once you have received your complete reading and all resources, as outlined in Section 4.

6. Session Requirements

To receive an accurate Human Design reading, you must provide:

• Your exact date of birth
• Your exact time of birth (as accurate as possible)
• Your place of birth

Inaccurate birth information may affect the accuracy of your reading. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect birth data.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including PDF reports, recordings, and AI-generated content, are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share these materials without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Everything shared during your reading is confidential. We will not share your personal information or session details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Disclaimer

Human Design readings are a tool for self-discovery and personal growth. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on your reading.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Human Design Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
