1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a Discovery Reading, booking a 1:1 Human Design Coaching Session, purchasing a paid tier, or otherwise using any services provided by My Human Design Coach ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

My Human Design Coach offers a free Discovery Reading, two paid tiers, and 1:1 Human Design Coaching Sessions. Each paid tier includes everything in the tier below it.

Free Discovery Reading

A 45 minute 1:1 reading delivered live, either in-person or via video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar). Peter walks you through the foundations of your Human Design chart in real time. The session is recorded and the recording is delivered to you as a keepsake. If a live session is not possible, a shorter pre-recorded walkthrough may be offered as a fallback. The Discovery Reading is the entry point and is offered at no cost.

Tier 1: Foundational Deep Dive

The foundational Human Design reading. Includes:

• Comprehensive Human Design Report (PDF)
• Personal Podcast Deep Dive (audio reading tailored to your intake form answers)

Tier 2: Your Human Design AI Companion

A custom AI Companion trained on all of the readings you have received, built into the platform you already use, so your design becomes something you can have an ongoing conversation with. Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:

• Custom AI Companion (built on NotebookLM as the baseline, or on another platform such as ChatGPT or Claude on a bespoke basis)

1:1 Human Design Coaching Session

A 60 minute live 1:1 coaching session via video conferencing, available to clients who have already received a Discovery Reading or a paid tier. The session is recorded and the recording is delivered to you. Sessions are booked through Calendly and paid at the time of booking via Stripe.

Our services are for educational and personal development purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

3. Booking and Payment

• The Discovery Reading is free. Bookings are made via the Calendly link on the website.
• Paid tiers are presented during the post-Discovery Reading conversation. Payment is taken via Stripe payment links sent to you after the conversation.
• 1:1 Human Design Coaching Sessions are booked through Calendly with payment taken at the time of booking via Stripe.
• All paid tier prices are one-off and payable in full at the time of checkout. The currency shown at checkout is the currency you will be charged in.
• 1:1 Human Design Coaching Sessions are one-off per session and payable in full at the time of booking. The currency shown at checkout is the currency you will be charged in.
• Multiple payment options are available through Stripe, including card, Afterpay, Klarna, and other buy-now-pay-later services where supported.

4. Money-Back Guarantee (paid tiers only)

We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee on both paid tiers (Tier 1 and Tier 2). The 14-day guarantee window begins once you have received the complete deliverables for the tier you purchased. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days and we will provide a full refund.

The guarantee does not apply to the free Discovery Reading, as no payment has been taken. The guarantee does not apply to 1:1 Human Design Coaching Sessions, as the value is delivered live in the session itself.

5. Cancellation Policy (1:1 Coaching Sessions)

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both your time and mine:

• More than 24 hours before: reschedule or cancel for free, full refund on cancellation.
• Within 24 hours: full session fee is charged.
• No-shows: full session fee is charged. If you have not joined within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session is considered a no-show.
• Emergencies: if something genuinely unavoidable comes up, contact me directly and we will work it out.

6. Intake Form and Delivery Timeline (paid tiers only)

• After payment for any paid tier, you will be sent a link to an intake form to capture your birth details and current life context.
• Your intake form answers are saved automatically. You can return to complete the form at any time within 7 days.
• Once you have submitted your intake form, the deliverables for your purchased tier will be prepared and delivered to you. Delivery timeframes vary depending on current volume and tier, and an estimated timeframe will be communicated to you after intake submission.
• The 14-day money-back guarantee window begins on the date your complete tier deliverables are delivered.

7. Reading Requirements

To receive an accurate Human Design reading at any tier (free or paid), you must provide:

• Your exact date of birth
• Your exact time of birth (as accurate as possible)
• Your place of birth

If you do not know your birth time, a birth time rectification is performed during your first call at no additional cost, to calculate an approximate birth time from which your chart can be drawn.

Inaccurate birth information may affect the accuracy of your reading. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect birth data.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including PDF reports, audio recordings, video recordings, written readings, AI Companion configurations, and coaching session recordings, are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share these materials without written permission.

9. Confidentiality

Everything shared during your readings, coaching sessions, and through your intake form is confidential. We will not share your personal information or session details with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Disclaimer

Human Design readings and coaching sessions are tools for self-discovery and personal growth. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on your readings or coaching sessions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Human Design Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.

14. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our handling of your personal information, including birth details, intake form responses, and any data shared during your readings or coaching sessions, is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
