There was a time when I thought I was losing my mind.
I was born with Klinefelter syndrome, an extra X chromosome, intersex. Growing up I always felt fundamentally different. Too individualistic, too sensitive, too much. At 21, a medical treatment went wrong. The overdosed hormones triggered anxiety so severe I couldn't leave the house without a panic attack. Then came the moment that terrified me most: people were talking to me, their mouths moving, but I couldn't hear a single word. I was slipping away from reality.
In my darkest hour, sitting alone in my room, something shifted. My thoughts stopped. There was stillness. And in that stillness I discovered something profound: I was not my thoughts. There was an observer behind them, a peaceful presence that had been there all along.
I didn't know it yet, but that moment was an initiation. It cracked open a question that has shaped every year since: if reality can shift that fast, how is it actually being made? That question pulled me into six years of daily practice with consciousness, probability, and the deeper architecture of how a life takes shape. It led me to meditation, to travelling the world as co-chair of Intersex Human Rights Australia, to teaching Meditation, Qigong, and Quantum Manifestation alongside Mindvalley, and most recently to the Gateway Voyage at the Monroe Institute.
But one question kept pulling at me underneath all of it: what does it actually look like when someone is living their highest potential?
That question led me to Human Design. When I discovered I'm a 4/1 Self-Projected Projector with six undefined centres, everything clicked. The sensitivity wasn't a flaw. It was structural. I'm built to absorb and mirror the energies of the people around me, which is exactly why I felt everything so intensely. The very thing that made me feel broken is what makes me uniquely equipped to see other people clearly, to feel what they're carrying, and to reflect it back in a way that makes sense of a lifetime.
If you've ever felt like you don't quite fit, like there's something different about you that the world doesn't have language for, I see you. I've been there. And I know the quiet that arrives when you finally understand the design you've been living inside the whole time.
Today I'm a Human Design Practitioner and co-founder of Holistic Capital. My work is warm, deeply intuitive, and rigorously practical. I believe self-knowledge is the foundation of an extraordinary life, and the live question I'm sitting with is the same one I'd want for you: how can we dream bigger than we've ever dreamed before?
