My Human Design Coach ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information when you use our services. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and date, time, and location of birth (required for Human Design chart generation). If you do not know your exact birth time, we may collect additional life-event context during your first call to perform a birth time rectification.
• Intake Form Data: Information you provide through our client intake form (powered by Tally), which includes your birth details and the personal life context you share to help us prepare your reading.
• Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe, our payment provider. We do not see, handle, or store your full card details at any point.
• Reading and Session Data: Your Human Design chart, your Comprehensive Report, your Personal Podcast Deep Dive, your AI Companion configuration (if applicable), and any recordings of your Discovery Reading or other live sessions.
• Communication Data: Records of correspondence between you and us via email, messaging apps, or other channels.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate your Human Design chart and prepare your personalised readings.
• Deliver the materials for the tier you have purchased (Comprehensive Report, Personal Podcast Deep Dive, and AI Companion, depending on tier).
• Configure your custom AI Companion (Tier 2) on your chosen platform so it is trained on your readings.
• Communicate with you about your bookings, deliverables, and ongoing support.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Improve our services and the quality of our readings over time.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

Your personal data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption, both in our own systems and within the third-party platforms listed in Section 6.

Retention. We retain your readings, intake responses, and recordings indefinitely so that you can return to them at any time. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records (such as tax records relating to your purchase).

Access. Your readings, intake responses, and any recordings are accessible only to you and to Peter, the practitioner behind My Human Design Coach. We do not share them internally because there is no internal team beyond Peter.

5. Discovery Reading Recordings

Free Discovery Readings are conducted live via video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar) and are recorded using the platform's native recording feature. The recording is delivered to you as a keepsake you can return to any time. If a live session is not possible, a shorter pre-recorded walkthrough may be provided as a fallback (typically via Loom).

We retain a copy of your Discovery Reading recording for our records and to support any future tiers you purchase. You may request deletion of your recording at any time.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data, and we recommend reviewing those policies if you would like a fuller picture.

• Calendly: For booking and managing Discovery Reading appointments.
• Zoom and Google Meet: For live video reading sessions.
• Loom: For pre-recorded walkthroughs (used only when a live session is not possible).
• Tally: For client intake forms used to collect your birth details and life context ahead of your reading. Tally saves your responses automatically as you complete the form.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing on all paid tiers.
• AI platforms used to power your Tier 2 AI Companion: Depending on your preference, your AI Companion may be built on NotebookLM (the baseline option), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), or Gemini (Google). Your readings and chart data are uploaded to the platform you choose so the Companion can be trained on them. If you have a preference about which platform we use, you can let us know before we set up your Companion.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

8. Jurisdiction

My Human Design Coach is operated from Australia and your personal data is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Where your data is processed by third-party services listed in Section 6, it may be stored or processed outside Australia, in accordance with each provider's own policies and protections.

Our website uses essential cookies to enable core functionality. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our site. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
